We could not have been happier to once again embark on another journey with our friends at the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation and Drake Cooper of Boise Idaho. 

 

The message captures the Foundation’s core mission, Don't Fail Idaho, and poignantly expresses their goal to inspire and encourage informed decisions aimed at making education Idaho’s top priority.  “As we continue to look forward on behalf of current and future generations of Idahoans, our state’s ability to reman prosperous is only as strong as its willingness to innovate with the times and its workforce; and a strong workforce starts with a solid education. Ultimately, we want to help Idaho kids to earn Idaho jobs.”

 

This campaign places the focus squarely on the people of Idaho, forgoing the distraction of landscape and environment to focus on intimate portraits of Idahoans.  Each shot is a meticulous character study in which light drapes across the figures with a soft renaissance aesthetic.  As our camera moves through space, the sharp light rolls off our subjects into darkness, highlighting their humanity and leaving the need for little else but soft, significant narration to tell our story.
